High Power Laser Therapy

Enraf-Nonius proudly introduces the Endolaser HP, high power laser device. Having years of experience with laser therapy (Endolaser 120 and Endolaser 422), Enraf-Nonius now completes its product portfolio with a very powerful device that delivers high-energy light therapy. The High Power laser device provides the power needed to reach deep tissues. The increased power directly impacts the time needed to apply a therapeutic dose of light energy, allowing you to decrease the time required to treat effectively. The higher power enables you to treat deeper and faster while covering more tissue area in less time. In this way you can use laser therapy as part of an overall plan of care and maximize the time available to treat.

Therapeutic success with the speed of light

A thermal (infrared) sensor is integrated in the laser applicator. It provides accurate skin temperature measurement during the therapy. In this way it enhances therapeutic effectiveness and it will highly increase safety as it will avoid risks of side effects (skin burns). 3 Wavelengths are incorporated in this one unit: 810, 980, 1064 nm. This guarantees optimal penetration and absorption and enables simultaneous stimulation of different target sites (depths): superficial, medium, deep. The 25 Watt powerful Endolaser HP is equipped with the most modern technology, Enraf-Nonius offers an easy-to-use device that is technically outstanding, reliable and affordable.

Laser applicator

The laser light is emitted via an ergonomically shaped laser applicator which is equipped with an adjustable manual switch. By double-clicking once, the laser light is now emitted continuously, without any further action needed from the user. This ensures maximum convenience in handling for the user.

Spacers

Two different spacers which can be quickly and easily exchanged hold the laser applicator at a defined distance from the skin.

Skin temperature measurement

Three wavelengths: 810, 980, 1064 nm

The simultaneous output of laser light with three wavelengths opens up a broad field of therapeutic options for the user. Three wavelengths are incorporated in this one unit: 810, 980, 1064 nm, This guarantees optimal penetration and absorption and enables simultaneous stimulation of different target sites (depths): superficial, medium, deeper. You can choose to apply, single, dual or triple wavelength laser therapy to get optimal effects. • 810 nm: is the best all-around wavelength for soft tissue penetration, oxygenating and stimulating blood flow • 980 nm: produces analgesic relief by heat, inhibition of pain fibers and closes pain gates • 1064 nm: assists in delivery of heat and also produces biostimulation, protein synthesis and cell metabolism

The advantage of laser therapy with high power

More power increases the power density in the tissue and this results in an increase in the thermal effect in deeper layers as well. As a result of the high power of the Endolaser HP, the distance to the tissue and thus the radius of the treatment area can be greatly enlarged. This can mean a significant time savings for the user.
