SHIPPING AND RECEIVING THE PRODUCTS
Product deliveries are made through the partner courier company GAP Vasilopoulos Akis Express. The listed prices include VAT. 19%. Please let us know if there are any difficulties accessing the delivery area.
In case of sending the products to the customer, the risk of loss or damage of the goods is transferred to him when he or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer, has obtained physical possession of the goods. However, the risk is transferred to the customer earlier and specifically at the same time as the delivery to the carrier, if he transports the products on behalf of the customer and the said option was not offered by the company (with the reservation, of course, in this case, of the Customer’s rights against the carrier).

REFUNDS/ CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
Returns policy
The terms and conditions described in this policy apply to all products purchased from the online store of C.Pittakas Biocare Ltd in Cyprus.
Order cancellation
It is possible to cancel the order in the online store. To cancel your order, you can either send an email to the address: sales@cpbiocare.com, or call our call centre at +35725817917 (for calls from a landline with a charge according to the tariff policy of your telecommunications provider). If you have already paid for your order and your order has not been delivered to the courier shipping company, then we will immediately refund the corresponding monetary value in the same way you made your transaction (credit card or bank transfer). In case your order has been given to the courier transport company, then the refund of the money value of the canceled order will be made in the same way you made your transaction (credit card, bank transfer), as soon as the products are returned to C.Pittakas Biocare Ltd, less courier expenses and credit card bank charges.
In case there is product replacement request from customer, then our company will replace the faulty product/s as long as the initial order is received (returned) and tested by our technicians. Courier expenses for return goods are on buyer’s expense and new expense and new order delivery is on Merchants expense.
You have 7 days to change your mind
The condition for changing the products you have ordered is that no more than 7 days have passed since the product was delivered to you.
Changes are made with your receipt, order form, order confirmation email and credit card slip (if you paid by credit card).
To return your products, you can visit the C.Pittakas Biocare store.

The products you want to return must be in perfect condition, with closed packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products unless the product is under warranty due to a manufacturing defect. In case you open the packaging of the product, you must take care to return it in perfect condition, together with all the parts and accessories from which it is composed. You agree to take care of the condition of the returned products from the time they are delivered to you until the time you hand them over to the C.Pittakas Biocare Ltd store or partner Transport Company or courier.
If they are not returned within 7 days then C.Pittakas Biocare Ltd may not accept any return. In any case, the maximum return period cannot be extended beyond seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt.
In addition to the rights provided by the returns policy, all rights applicable to consumers from the existing provisions and laws regarding the sales contract, as well as any right arising in connection with the warranty conditions of the products, are recognized in any case.
Important Clarification: Consumable products whose unsealing destroys the quality and renders the product unfit for resale will not be accepted for exchange.

If you wish to return goods due to a change of mind, you bear the direct cost of returning the products. The receipt of the returned products can only be carried out from the address that you had indicated in the beginning for their shipment and which you have indicated to us in writing. In the event that the carrier/courier considers that receiving the products from the place you indicate may cause damage to your property, he will inform you verbally and record this on the receipt form. You instruct the associated transport company/courier to collect the products despite this instruction, however we will not be responsible for any damage that may be caused to your property or the goods as the collection of the products will be done with due care and attention. You also agree to provide the partner with all products you wish to return, including all parts and accessories that make them up.
When receiving the returned products from the carrier you will sign a receipt form to certify that delivery to the carrier has taken place. The receipt form will be given to you by the partner carrier/courier. If you cannot be present yourself when receiving the goods from the site, you can appoint a representative to undertake this process on your behalf. This representative must be of legal age and able to supervise the receipt of your products for you.
Refund of the value of returned products
As long as you meet the return conditions, we will refund you the amount corresponding to the value of the goods you are returning in the same way you made the original transaction (credit card, bank deposit) unless you prefer another return method for which you must notify us. Notify in writing.

e) Personal Data Retention Time:
The visitor-customer’s data will be kept and processed by C.Pittakas Biocare Ltd for a period of thirty (30) days from the completion of his specific order. The customer’s data will be kept and processed until the customer requests the deletion of his account or, for any processing of his data based on his consent, until he declares the withdrawal of his consent for the purposes of providing the services of C.Pittakas Biocare Ltd. Nevertheless, some necessary personal data concerning his business relations with C.Pittakas Biocare Ltd LTD as well as the information, consent and withdrawal of his consent for the processing of his data may remain as information for the customer to ensure proof of legality of the processing of his data by C.Pittakas Biocare Ltd and the safeguarding of the legal claims of the parties.
f) Special Category Data:
The member is informed that C.Pittakas Biocare Ltd does not collect or require the sharing of sensitive personal data (special category data) for the needs of https://www.cpbiocare.com/.
g) Obligation of Transparency:

h) Technical and Organizational protection measures:
C.Pittakas Biocare Ltd and its processors and its affiliates / fulfillment assistants implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to, as far as possible, better protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction or loss, alteration , illegal disclosure or access to them and generally their illegal processing (including remote access) as well as to ensure the possibility of restoring availability and access to them. These measures aim to ensure a level of security that corresponds to the risk that the specific data may undergo, always taking into account the type and criticality of the data, the development of technology, the cost of implementation and the nature, scope, context and the purposes of each specific processing, while implementing procedures for the regular testing, assessment and evaluation of the effectiveness of these technical and organizational measures. In any case C.Pittakas Biocare Ltd the processors on its behalf and its affiliates / fulfillment assistants undertake to maintain the confidentiality of members’ personal data and not to share or allow access to it to any third party without the prior notification of the member except in the cases expressly provided by law. C.Pittakas Biocare Ltd declares that no other use of the member’s personal data will be made for purposes other than those stated in these terms without the member’s prior information and, where necessary, express consent.
